He learned his professional lessons—sometimes the hard way—as Chief Data Officer and Member of the Executive Committee at BNP Paribas Fortis, as a Partner at Deloitte Consulting, as co-founder of Numius, as the first director of Vlabel (the Flemish fiscal authority), and in a few other early career roles.
