We are seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded Finance Business Partner (CFO) to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior management team, working closely alongside the CEO and operations Director. He/She will be providing financial insight, analysis, and support to the business domains in financial and legal matters.
Your Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Business Controlling:
Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy to support long-term business objectives.
Oversee financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial and operational efficiency.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all business units.
Execute and analyze rolling forecasts to proactively steer the business.
Executive Business Partnering:
Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, offering financial insights to support business growth and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth opportunities.
Drive finance-oriented improvements, including BI reporting tools, automation, and optimization of financial processes.
Risk Management & Legal:
Ensure compliance with financial (statutory) regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Oversee audits and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Participate in the contracting and negotiation process from a legal and finance perspective.
Performance Management & Strategic Planning:
Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of business units, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for performance improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and high-level decision-making.
Play a key role in strategic initiatives such as M&A activities, business unit expansion, and corporate investments.
Your Profile:
8+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within a fast-growing industry.
Strong background in statutory Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
Proven ability to drive financial strategy and business growth.
Experience in managing investor relations and capital structures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
A hands-on, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
Project management experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and efficiencies.
